Visas for Azerbaijan


Below you will find the requirements to obtain a visa for Azerbaijan. Once you complete gathering the documents, choose your processing time and place your order online or use the paper order form. If you have questions at any point in the process, click the  and you will be directed to a pop-up page with more information; close that once your question is answered and proceed.

Requirements:

  • Signed Passport with at least six months validity and blank visa pages

  • Two passport-type photos

  • Completed and signed application. Click HERE for the application

  • Original Business Letter from company in the U.S. (for Business Visas)

  • Invitation from Company to be visited in Azerbaijan (for Business Visas)  This letter must have the Company Seal. If the request is for Multiple Entries, the invitation must come from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Azerbaijan

  • Copy of flight itinerary on Travel Agency letterhead or copy of tickets 

  • Confirmation of Hotel Reservation from hotel in Azerbaijan (for Tourism)

  • (for Non-US Passport holders) Copy of front and back of Alien Registration Card
    ("Green Card") or copy of U.S. visa in Passport

Processing Times and Fees:

 Regular Processing: 12 or more Business days - Service Fee: $100 (US Passport)
                                                                                           $150 (non-US Passport)

 Rush Processing: less than 12 Business days - Service Fee: $150 (US Passport)
                                                                                          $200 (non-US Passport)

Azerbaijan charges: $131 for single and double entries, $250 for multiple entry

Complete all information and ship your documents to the address at the top of the form. Your credit card will be charged once the work is complete and we will include a receipt with your returned passport.
