Visas for Bolivia


Below you will find the requirements to obtain a visa for Bolivia. Once you complete gathering the documents, choose your processing time and place your order online or use the paper order form. If you have questions at any point in the process, click the  and you will be directed to a pop-up page with more information; close that once your question is answered and proceed.

Requirements:

  • Signed Passport with at least six months validity and blank visa pages

  • One passport-type photo

  • Two Completed and signed application. Click HERE for the application

  • Original Business Letter from company in the U.S. (for Business Visas)

  • Copy of flight itinerary on Travel Agency letterhead or copy of tickets

  • Proof of Yellow Fever vaccination

  • Copy of 3 months of current Bank Statements (for Tourism) 

  • Copy of Hotel Reservation or Letter of Invitation if visiting friends or family (for Tourism) 

  • (for Non-US Passport holders) Copy of front and back of Alien Registration Card
    ("Green Card") or copy of U.S. visa in Passport

Processing Times and Fees:

Regular Processing: 7 or more Business days - Service Fee: $125 (US Passport)
                                                                                            $150 (non-US Passport)

Rush Processing: less than 7 Business days - Service Fee: $175 (US Passport)
                                                                                           $200 (non-US Passport)

Bolivia charges: $85 for Sinlge-entry Business visas
                        $135 for Multiple-entry Tourist visas 
                         Only Money Orders as payment.

If you need more than one Service, either place separate orders online or use option 2 below.If you prefer not to place an online order or need multiple Services, click HERE for our paper order form. Complete all information and ship your documents to the address at the top of the form. Your credit card will be charged once the work is complete and we will include a receipt with your returned passport.
