Visas for India
Below you will find the requirements to obtain a visa for India. Once you complete gathering the documents, choose your processing time and place your order online or use the paper order form. If you have questions at any point in the process, click the

Jurisdiction: If you reside in the following States you can use the information below: IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, ND, SD or WI. If you reside outside these states, click HERE for Out-of-Jurisdiction information.
Requirements:

Signed Passport with at least six months validity and blank visa pages

Two passport-type photos. For India you CANNOT wear glasses in your photos

Online application completed and signed. Click HERE to begin application

Original Business Letter from company in the U.S. (for Business Visas)

Invitation Letter from Company in India (for Business Visas)

Copy of Birth Certificate showing both parents' names (optional)

Copy of Driver's License or other State-Issued ID

(for Non-US Passport holders) Copy of front and back of Alien Registration Card
("Green Card") or copy of U.S. visa in Passport

Requests for a visa transfer need to supply all the documentation above that applies to their type of visa: application, letter, invitation, etc. Please call if this is unclear.
Processing Times and Fees:
Regular Processing: 6 or more Business days: Service Fee: $105 (US Passport holders)
$130 (non-US Passports)
Rush Processing: less than 6 Business days: Service Fee: $155 (US Passport holders)
$180 (non-US Passports)
India charges: $163, $243 or other prices depending on your passport type;

Please note: Non-US Passport holders can take 2 to 3 weeks to process. There is no guarantee of Rush processing for non-US Passports.

Enter your Departure Date below, then Select a Service below that. When the pop-up window appears, click "OK" to calculate fees. Click "BUY NOW" and follow the instructions on each page. After billing, shipping and credit card info is completed you will receive shipping instructions. If you need more than one Service, either place separate orders online or use option 2 below.

If you prefer not to place an online order or need multiple Services, click HERE for our paper order form. Complete all information and ship your documents to the address at the top of the form. Your credit card will be charged once the work is complete and we will include a receipt with your returned passport.
For India when placing an online order, please comfirm that the amount printed on the top of your application matches the "Government Fee" when you generate prices. If it does not, use Step 2 above and we will charge the correct fees to your credit card; not all options appear below due to the number of possibilities.
