Visas for Israel 

Below you will find the requirements to obtain a visa for Israel. Once you complete gathering the documents, choose your processing time and place your order online or use the paper order form. If you have questions at any point in the process, click the  and you will be directed to a pop-up page with more information; close that once your question is answered and proceed. 


Please Note: This is information is for travelers living in the Midwest traveling to Israel for short visits - for business or tourism. US Passport holders do not need a visa for short visits. If you reside outside the Midwest contact us for information.

Requirements:

  • Prior to making an applicaton, please call us to confirm that the Consulate will accept your application. We will need the purpose of your trip, length of stay, type of passport you hold, your visa status in the US and the state you reside in.

  • Signed Passport with at least six months validity and blank visa pages  

  • Two passport-type photos

  • Completed and signed applications. Click HERE for the application.

  • Original Business Letter from company in the U.S. (for Business Visas)

  • Invitation Letter from Company in Israel. Not required but recommended (for Business Visas) 

  • Copy of flight itinerary on Travel Agency letterhead or copy of tickets

  • Copy of 3 months of current Bank Statements

  • (for Non-US Passport holders) Copy of front and back of Alien Registration Card
    ("Green Card") or copy of U.S. visa in Passport

Processing Times and Fees: 

Regular Processing: 10 or more Business days - Service Fee $100    
Rush Processing: 8 - 9 Business days - Service Fee: $150
Israel charges: $30 for visas.

  2. If you need more than one Service, either place separate orders online or use option 2 below.If you prefer not to place an online order or need multiple Services, click HERE for our paper order form. Complete all information and ship your documents to the address at the top of the form. Your credit card will be charged once the work is complete and we will include a receipt with your returned passport.

We suggest you ship documents by UPS Early AM or FedEx First Overnight as all other options generally arrive after 9:30 a.m. AVS is not responsible for deliveries to our office.
