There is no jurisdiction for Passports; American Visa Service can process US Passport applications for anyone.

Add pages to a US Passport

 

The information on this page applies to those that need to add Visa pages to an existing Passport. If you have a question at any point in the process click the  and you will be directed to a pop-up page with more information; close that once your question is answered and proceed.

Step 1: Gather Documents

You will need to have the following documents ready to help fill out the application (see Step 2) and to ship to AVS:

  • Expired or expiring Passport. If your Passport has less than a year validity remaining, you might consider renewing instead of adding pages.

  • Authorization Letter giving American Visa Service permission to act on your behalf  . Click HERE for the letter.

  • Proof of departure if leaving in less than 3 weeks

  • DS-4085 Form filled out online, printed and signed (see Step 2).

Step 2: Apply online

 In order for American Visa Service to handle an application it must be made online through the US State Department website. Please click HERE for a guide to filling out the online application and refer to this pop-up window as you make the application.

Processing Times and Fees:

Regular Processing: 16 or more Business days - Service Fee: $60
Quick Processing: 9 - 15 Business Days - $120
Rush Processing: 4 - 8 Business Days (call ahead) - $180
1 - 3 Day Processing (call ahead): $275

The Department of State charges $142 to add pages
  

Place order:

  1. Enter your Departure Date below, then Select a Service below that. When the pop-up window appears, click "OK" to calculate fees. Click "BUY NOW" and follow the instructions on each page. After billing, shipping and credit card info is completed you will receive shipping instructions. If you need more than one Service, either place separate orders online or use option 2 below.
  2. If you prefer not to place an online order or need multiple Services, click HERE for our paper order form. Complete all information and ship your documents to the address at the top of the form. Your credit card will be charged once the work is complete and we will include a receipt with your returned passport.

We suggest you ship documents by UPS Early AM or FedEx First Overnight as all other options generally arrive after 9:30 a.m. AVS is not responsible for deliveries to our office.
