Visas for Russia

Below you will find the requirements to obtain a visa for Russia. Once you complete gathering the documents, choose your processing time and place your order online or use the paper order form. If you have questions at any point in the process, click the  and you will be directed to a pop-up page with more information; close that once your question is answered and proceed. 

Requirements:

• Signed Passport with at least six months validity and 2 facing, blank visa pages

• One passport-type photo

• One completed and signed application. As of July 5, 2011 all Russian visa applications must be made online, via the Russian Government website. Click HERE to start the application. If you have not used this system before, click here for some info. Near the end of the process, when it asks for "Visa issuing office", select ILS Washington - not just Washington

• Please record and include the Login and Password info that you receive when making the online application - see above - in case the form needs to be edited by us.

• Copy of Invitation or telex number from Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Interior in Russia (for Business) 

• Copy of Hotel confirmation and Voucher from sponsor in Russia (for Tourism)

• Original Official invitation from friend or relative (for Tourists not staying in a Hotel)

• Copy of travel itinerary on Travel Agency or Airline Letterhead or Airline tickets 

• (for Non-US Passport holders) Copy of front and back of Alien Registration Card
  ("Green Card") or copy of U.S. visa in Passport

Processing Times and Fees:

Regular Processing: 6 - 21 Business days- Service Fee: $180 (US Passport)
                                                                                    $200 (non-US Passport) 

Rush Processing: less than 6 Business days - Service Fee: $230 (US Passport)
                                                                                        $250 (non-US Passport)

Russia charges: $170 for Single and Double-entry visas processed in 6 - 21 days  
                           $280 for Single and Double-entry visas processed in less than 6 days
                           $180 for Multiple-entry in 6 - 21 days; $480 for Multiple-entry in less than 6 days.

Please note: Russia applications that are submitted and are rejected will be charged an additional
$50 for each re-submission.

Non-US Passports should use Option 2 below as Embassy fees can vary.

Place order:

1. Enter your Departure Date below, then Select a Service below that. When the pop-up window appears, click "OK" to calculate fees. Click "BUY NOW" and follow the instructions on each page. After billing, shipping and credit card info is completed you will receive shipping instructions. If you need more than one Service, either place separate orders online or use option 2 below.
2. If you prefer not to place an online order or need multiple Services, click HERE for our paper order form. Complete all information and ship your documents to the address at the top of the form. Your credit card will be charged once the work is complete and we will include a receipt with your returned passport.
