Visas for Saudi Arabia

 

Below you will find the requirements to obtain a visa for Saudi Arabia. Once you complete gathering the documents, choose your processing time and place your order online or use the paper order form. If you have questions at any point in the process, click the  and you will be directed to a pop-up page with more information; close that once your question is answered and proceed.

 

Requirements:

  • Signed Passport with at least six months validity and 2 facing, blank visa pages  

  • One passport-type photo

  • One completed and signed application. Click HERE for the application.

  • Original Business Letter from company in the U.S. (for Business Visas)

  • Copy of Approval from Saudi Arabia Foreign Ministry (for Business Visas) 

  • Copy of flight itinerary on Travel Agency letterhead or copy of tickets

  • (for Non-US Passport holders) Copy of front and back of Alien Registration Card ("Green Card") or copy of U.S. visa in Passport

  • Completed and signed Enjaz Form (for Business visas) 

Processing Times and Fees: 

Regular Processing: 7 Business days (after Enjaz done) - Service Fee: $150 (US Passports)
                                                                                                                 $175 (non-US Passports) 
Rush Processing: 5 - 6 Business days (after Enjaz is done) - Service Fee: $200 (US Passports)
                                                                                                                     $225 (non-US Passports)
Saudi Arabia charges: $108 for US Passport Holders. 
                                 $134 for non-US Passport Holders

NOTE: Non-Us Passports may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to process for a Saudi Visa.

Your credit card will be charged once the work is complete and we will include a receipt with your returned passport.
