Visas for Uganda 

Below you will find the requirements to obtain a visa for Uganda. Once you complete gathering the documents, choose your processing time and place your order online or use the paper order form. If you have questions at any point in the process, click the  and you will be directed to a pop-up page with more information; close that once your question is answered and proceed. 

Requirements:

  • Signed Passport with at least six months validity and blank visa pages  

  • Two passport-type photos

  • Two Completed and signed applications. Click HERE for the application. Print 2 copies,
    fill out and sign both

  • Original Business Letter from company in the U.S. (for Business Visas)

  • Invitation from Company to be visited in Uganda (for Business Visas) 

  • Copy of flight itinerary on Travel Agency letterhead or copy of tickets

  • Proof of Yellow Fever Vaccination

  • (for Non-US Passport holders) Copy of front and back of Alien Registration Card
    ("Green Card") or copy of U.S. visa in Passport

Processing Times and Fees: 

Regular Processing: 6 or more Business days - Service Fee $100 (US Passport holders)
                                                                                        $125 (non-US Passports)     
Rush Processing: 4 - 5 Business days - Service Fee: $150 (US Passport holders)
                                                                              $175 (non-US Passports)
Uganda charges: $70 for Single-entry visas, $120 for Multiple-entry visas valid 6 months, 
                          $220 for Multiple-entry visas valid for 1 year.

Complete all information and ship your documents to the address at the top of the form. Your credit card will be charged once the work is complete and we will include a receipt with your returned passport.
